Apple with Peanut Butter
By: Debra Carey
Such a simple and quick snack that’s packed with protein and calories. Easy to digest and is super healthy. Apples give you the sweet hit naturally and are loaded with fibre. The peanut butter is perfect for protein and for giving you much needed calories and energy boost.
Peanut butter or any other nut butter is quite calorific, so if you need them great but if you’re watching the calories, spread on a little less.

Ingredients
- 1 Braeburn Apple
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter, cruchy or smooth
This is such a simple recipe and big on calories, there’s no need to add any more. If you do want to, just add more peanut butter or even chocolate chips.
