Vegan Ice Cream with Fruit & Cream

Having a treat isn’t off the menu without a stomach. Just be aware of sugar content and wait for at lease half an hour or an hour after your meal before indulging.

Ice cream is a wonderful treat and if you’re vegan, there are so many options to choose from. Add fresh fruit and cream to boost the calories and any extra toppings you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vegan ice cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit
  • 2 Tbsp vegan cream

Add calories with:

Try adding extra toppings such as chocolate chips or chopped nuts. Remember to watch the sugar content though.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Wash and drain the berries. Place two scoops of ice cream into a bowl and put berries on top.
